Welcome to IMAGIQ! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IMAGIQ mobile application ("App") operated by Raijinn Studio ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Description of Service

IMAGIQ is an AI-powered image generation application that allows users to:

Upload jewelry images for AI transformation
Generate AI-enhanced versions of uploaded images
Save and manage generated images in a personal gallery
Purchase credits for image generation
Earn free credits by watching advertisements

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use IMAGIQ. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Credit System

Credits are required to generate AI images
Each generation style has a specific credit cost
Credits can be purchased through in-app purchases or earned by watching ads

4.2 Purchases

All purchases are processed through Google Play
Prices are displayed in your local currency
Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law

4.3 Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted through Google Play. We may grant refunds at our discretion for technical issues or exceptional circumstances.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Rights

You retain ownership of the images you upload to IMAGIQ. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

Process your images using our AI technology
Store your images and generated results
Display your content back to you within the App

5.2 Content Restrictions

You agree NOT to upload content that:

Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
Violates any person's privacy or publicity rights
Contains malware or harmful code
Is sexually explicit or promotes violence

Warning: We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

IMAGIQ, including its design, features, AI technology, and branding, is owned by Raijinn Studio and protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Generated Images

You may use AI-generated images for personal and commercial purposes, subject to:

Compliance with these Terms
Applicable laws and regulations
Third-party rights (if your source image contains licensed content)

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Use the App for illegal purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use automated systems to access the App
Share your account credentials with others
Resell or redistribute credits
Use the App to create content that infringes on others' rights

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free service
Specific results from AI generation
That the App will meet your expectations

8.2 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated images may not always meet your expectations. Results vary based on input images and selected styles. We are not responsible for the artistic quality or suitability of generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
We are not responsible for third-party services integrated with the App

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raijinn Studio from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Content you upload or generate

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time if you:

Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent activity
Abuse the credit system

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Unused credits are forfeited upon termination for cause.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through:

Email (if provided)
Posting updated Terms on our website

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
